Cancellation Policy

• FULL TUITION REFUND (MINUS 2.9% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE): Cancellations 30 or more days from the start of the program will be fully refunded (minus 2.9% credit card processing fee). Cancellations within 30 days of the start of a program can only be refunded if another student can be found to fill the spot.

• TUITION CREDIT: You may transfer the full balance of your current reservation to credit towards any future program. Credit requests within 30 days from the start of the program may only be granted if another student can be found to fill the spot. Cancellations within 48 hours of a program are non-refundable/non-transferable.
