ESCAPE THE MOVIES
We’re back with our 4th youth-built Escape Room!!! Get your team together for a brain-twisting adventure through our Movie-themed game at the Big Picture Theater in Waitsfield, Vermont. Work together to solve puzzles, find keys, and unlock doors throughout a multi-room course. Sign up and see if you can escape!
Our Escape Room is open every weekend in February & March, by appointment only
(1) ticket provides access for (1) group of up to (6) participants
The course will take approximately 50 minutes to complete
Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult

What is an Escape Room?
An escape room is a timed group activity in which you enter a room that is filled with clues, puzzles, and activities that guide you to the main goal of escaping the course. Here's a news segment from our last project at Sugarbush resort in 2020:
Bigger Picture
The host for our escape room this year is the Big Picture Theater, a cherished local restaurant, movie theater, and gathering space. This project aims to honor and celebrate the community and culture that made the Big Picture an integral part of the Mad River Valley for the better part of two decades. Through our project we want to carry forward the mission of this local landmark by providing an interactive and soulful experience for all ages. Past Escape Rooms
Our first escape room was built in 2017 by Jonas Jarecki and Noah Schwartz at Knoll Farm. That experiment became an annual tradition where we sought out and built sets in unconventional and underutilized and spaces around our community. Here’s some images and video summaries of past projects:
