Make the plywood car of your dreams in our 10th annual Soapbox Derby! This 7 week program provides demonstrations on concept development, power tool safety, car chasis assembly, steering mechanics, paper mache and wire forming.

What does a playhouse look like when you build it with no plans? This 7 week afterschool program explores emergent design and building with students (ages 8-10). We learn how to use drills and jigsaws to build ladders, walls, decks, bridges, and treasure chests.

We are making a new place! Students (ages 10-14) have 7 acres of forest to explore and build their own interpretation of a shelter. Our days are full of trail making, landscaping, building, and dodgeball!
